We are still in the preliminary phase, looking over existing literature and putting together a timeline for the semester.
Work completed in the last week:
We met with Jack Engsberg and Matt Foreman to get more of a hands-on feel for the technology we are working with. We were given more documentation about the current state of the project from Dr. Engsberg . We have ordered a Kinect adapter cable so that we can begin working with the Kinect technology.
Work planned for next week:
We will continue our research on existing solutions and current literature. We will meet with Dr. Engsberg again on Friday to discuss a timeline for the semester. We will also finish our preliminary report by the end of the week.

Project Name: Telerehabilitation Gaming Therapy
Group Number: 15
Group Members: Kevin Lind, Jayce Holley, Peter Zhu
Current status of project: We are finishing our Preliminary Written and Oral Presentations. We've clearly outlined our scope and will begin to start work on the Telekit.
Work completed in the last week: We met with Dr. Engsberg on Friday. From that meeting, we added a mechanical aspect to our project. Rather than use the Kinect to monitor full-body movement, we are using a Wii remote attached to a knee rehabilitation device that we will design. We also are almost finished with our Preliminary Written and Oral Reports.
Work planned for next week: We will finish our preliminary reports and begin designing the Telekit aspect of our project.
Anything needed from client or TA or instructor to continue work: None

Project Name: Telerehabilitation Gaming Therapy
Group Number: 15
Group Members: Kevin Lind, Jayce Holley, Peter Zhu
Current status of project: We are in the design phase of the project.
Work completed in the last week: We researched possible hardware and software solutions (i.e. applicable webcams, laptop computers, content management systems, etc.) for each aspect of the Telekit and Teleprocess. When then evaluated and picked the best solution.
Work planned for next week: We've bought a Wii remote and bluetooth dongle and are currently working on getting the Wii remote to interface with the computer via GlovePIE. For this week, we plan to create a main menu GUI that will have buttons that call either Skype or the content management system (we have downloaded both Open Atrium and Collabtive and are evaluating to see which is the better system)

Project Name: Telerehabilitation Gaming Therapy
Group Number: Kevin Lind, Jayce Holley, Peter Zhu
Group Members: 15
Current status of project: We have started development of the graphic user interface that will serve as one of the main pieces of the Teleprocess. We are continuing to look for mechanical solutions for the knee rehab device.
Work completed in the last week: We have created a rudimentary GUI that can call outside programs.
Work planned for next week: We plan to continue to flesh out our GUI so that it is catered to either Therapist or Patient depending on the entered username and password. There will be sub-sections (Preparation, Knowledge and Performance) that will include calls to outside programs such as Skype, Remote Desktop and other other software programs. We will continue looking at further solutions for the mechanical knee rehabilitation device.

Group Members: Kevin Lind, Jayce Holley, Peter Zhu
Current status of project: We are still working on the software and hardware design. However, the design work will be postponed as we prepare our written and oral reports.
Work completed in the last week: Work continued on the Matlab GUI. We created separate therapist and patient pages with the ability to link options between the two. That way a therapy customized for a patient by the therapist can be seen on the patient page.
Work planned for next week: Finish the oral and written progress report.
